Description | This unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to establish and maintain effective contractual requirements with spatial data providers. It requires the ability to analyse, diagnose, design and execute judgements across a broad spatial contractual context and accountability for personal and group outcomes. It requires the application of planning, organisational, high-level communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; interpreting technical documentation; the ability to demonstrate initiative and enterprise; and an understanding of technology.
